NIPPON PILLAR’s products include fittings, and other devices for circulation systems, as well as the low wear, chemical and weather resistant Pillar fluororesin products that are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of applications from electronics to construction.

Most notable among Nippon Pillar’s product line is the “Super 300” (S300) fittings.  Enhanced from the original “Super” fittings, the S300 fittings have some state-of-the-art features, i.e., the tongue-and-grove sleeve that is inserted into the tubing.  Rather than the flared tube mating with the fitting, the tongue-and-grove sleeve mates with the male side of the fitting as the primary sealing method.  The radial force of the union nut achieves the highest level of sealing performance, as opposed to axial force for flared fittings.  Additionally, the “gauge ring” provides an audial “click” once the union nut comes in contact with the gauge ring, which indicates the optimal torque for the nut.  The gauge ring also provides a visual indication that the union nut is properly tightened.
